Well, I had originally posted this on my own, but as someone else already did, I figured, why repost it?

Where did Cain’s wife come from you might ask?
Facepalm, that’s where. The land of Facepalm.
(Thanks Amelia)
Bwahaha! I love how they just make up rules about genetics out of thin air. “Yeah… incest was totally okay back then… because… because… they were so perfect, dammit!”
What I like is how they acknowledge genetics at all, if not evolution.
Suuure, genetic imperfections were added over thousands of years, but that’s not the same thing, right? I mean, they didn’t change to fish!
To my followers: I know this doesn’t fit the theme really. Most of you probably don’t care though, so. :P

“Hi, there’s a new UK govt initiative to get laws changed, but it has got itself out of hand by Bible-holding Brits citing God as their witness etc. EG: http://bit.ly/9sx00s - the site is yourfreedom.hmg.gov.uk and they need to be told to STFU”
‘This law allows people to legally change their gender, it is a stupid law and should be scrapped.’
They DO need to be told to STFU. Thanks.
To clarify, I think the folks at yourfreedom.hmg.gov.uk can STFU, but not stfubelievers in this case. (Reblogged ‘cause I can)

This was a bit funny at first, (humorous, that is) but after a careful perusal—ok, I read two out of a number of pages—I’ve decided this website can stfu.

For whatever reason, I can’t reblog it, but I still like this post.

What a dumbass.

I mentioned in the last post that sometimes I find STFU Believers to be unbelievably snotty. This is one of those times.

I wouldn’t mind this one, especially as it’s in response to someone else, (it’s a Youtube comment for the record) but what fills me with distaste is the smug snark at the end there. ‘It’s ok though: you can keep living, loving, and making the most of each day.’
If indeed he or she is being sincere and trying to be nice, he or she is going about it the wrong way.
If you find a snotty atheist, send a picture it to stfuatheists@gmail.com. If you find a snotty theist, check out stfubelievers.tumblr.com. They probably find me snotty at times and I know that I find some of their posts unnecessary, but check them out anyway.
I don’t even know if this person is an atheist. I don’t even want this person to STFU, she has a legitimate beef with the website. (Which is at http://www.religionfacts.com/) But I just wonder if she means to imply that the website is wrong to say that the inverted cross is originally a Christian symbol.
I have to say that I don’t know myself, (maybe some of you are experts?) and none of the sources I can find in either direction are really that good. Here’s the Wikipedia article but that will only take you so far, hm?
Anyway, no reason this blog can’t also be used to either spread information or at least post interesting religion-related things. I’ll try not to post too many articles, there are probably already blogs for that.
Sorry for the double-post in the RSS feed, if you happen to see it. There was a typo when I set feedburner up.
